Five leading higher education institutions have been chosen to participate in the Signature Program.  In addition to supporting the work of the Fellows, the Signature Program offers support over the life of the program to the institutions through annual grants for Sustainability Cabinets.

Each Sustainability Cabinet is responsible for recruiting and selecting post-doctoral Academic Fellows who are based at the institution.  Each Sustainability Cabinet has specific advertisements, application criteria and deadlines.  The cabinet advises, mentors and oversees the work of the Academic Fellows, and encourages their inter-disciplinary research.  Click here to view Sustainability Cabinet and Academic Fellow research areas.
